I don't know
- What pre-application advice did you receive?
"For the internal changes permission would not be required and works can go ahead. The only thing that may need planning permission would be the replacing of the windows due the house being within the Parkhill Conservation Area. As long as they were a like for like replacements of the existing windows it would not require permission, but if you would want to change them then it would require an application. The dormer may not require planning permission due to not being within in area under Article 4, but as it is a conservation area I would recommend applying for planning permission."
