We originally intended to change existing wc/shower room to utility. Plans were submitted to Camden. During renovation works it became apparent that if we installed a dormer we could have a fully functioning guest shower room where-as the intended guest shower-room wld require you to duck down to avoid hitting your head. We have taken utmost care to ensure the dormer is sympathetic to the house, we used the same roof tiles and we have installed a glazed window to ensure we could not overlook although shower room looks into a brickwall of Antrim Mansions. The works were carried out in late 2015 and we have video evidence of it being completed by latest Dec 2015. All plans can be provided. It in no way detracts from the character of the house
