- Is the justification for the application unknown?
Yes
- Explain why the existing use or buildings are lawful
no land or building is being altered by this project - i am merely moving the flue pipe on the side elevation 6 inches higher to enable me to have a fully serviceable boiler - my current boiler is no longer fit for purpose. Josh Lawlor (Camden Planning Officer) has already said no planning is required, but as i live below a Construction KC he believed it wise for me to get an LDC.
- What type of application is it?
Certificate of lawfulness for proposed works
- In what way do you believe this assessment is wrong?
Josh Lawlor at Camden planning advised i complete this form, despite there being no option for my project. All i'm doing is moving a flue pipe on the building side wall at level 3, 6 inches higher as per British Gas's advice to install a new boiler
