We strongly object to the development application 25/02117/FUL in relation to the proposed garden studio extension at 117 Lansdowne Way. The proposed development would cover over 60% of the current garden space which is disproportionate for an office/studio in the garden of a small terrace and constitutes overdevelopment of the plot. It would result in the neighbouring garden being enclosed and the back of the house being overlooked. Granting permission for this development would set a precedent

There seems to be some irregularities with the application. The photographs show no steps in front of the existing studio, but the D&A statement does, how do you access the mezzanine level? and I have never seen an insulation in a solid retaining wall, which concerns me in what else is incorrect with this application.
